Hi Nik
Welcome to the forums. You can check your credit report and see if nothing went wrong in your credit accounts. Also you can contact the company that is sending the letters to you and explain that they are trying to contact the wrong person.
If they still feel that they are in touch with the right person, they will have to provide the necessary reasons to contact you.
Send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested. You will have a proof of your correspondence.

Thanks
Thank you Roxette. Even the name they are billing just seems faked and is nothing like mine. Furthermore, I would never call one of these numbers and there is no one at my home to make the calls but me. The name they are billing isn't even a full name. It is "M. Demasters". Do you know if I get the free credit reports for this purpose (suspected fraud) if that will be my free ones for the year?

Yes, you should be very careful while dealing with Allied Data Corp as said in your previous post.
You are definitely entitled to get a free credit report. You can visit the FTC site and get a consolidated copy of the three credit bureaus.
