My story
Date: Fri, 04/04/2008 - 12:33
I had written something a few days ago and I cannot find it so I am writing again.
I was 21 when I moved out and had a good job.. I got credit cards and pay day loans and did not know any better. Long story short most have been defaulted but alot are coming back to haunt me.
One company has sued me and I have one judgment. This company is LVNV Funding for Sears. Two lawyers handled both credit cares (one for the store .. one was a Mastercard) the one lawyer never showed and I won and now he is appealing the decision. I know this debt is 2004 or older.
I am making an appt with an attorney to look over the appeal complaint because I have heard his paperwork can be wrong.
I am overwhelmed. I am trying to suck and out and deal with it but I have been out of work since January and times are tough.

Making an appointment with an attorney is the best thing in this
Making an appointment with an attorney is the best thing in this situation. Generally once there is an attorney representing you the whole matter takes a turn in your direction. They want easy money. An attorney will make them work and they do not want that! Good luck to you!
