This company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau.
Have they validated your debt? Once they have given you the complete information about your debt, you can set up a payment plan with them. I heard they co-operate with the people and also update the account with the bureaus.
Do all your correspondence in writing and set the terms and conditions in advance. This will smoothen your way while you are on the way to pay your debt.
