What is stopping our members from creating our own videos?

posting and waiting is slow,
searching is painful,
videos are still a better.
I am from technical field, these days I do search on youtube before searching Google. A video tutorial helps me more than a forum post (esp in learning things).
What is stopping our members from creating our own videos?

Example: If you know that you need to talk about "How to improve my credit score?" then this small team can help you make a small PPT with required points. This PPT can be developed in one or two weeks.
We need to make our videos atleast 10mins long. I will have one of my friend edit the video and add the texts.
Also if someone need a flip camcorder, I can arrange one or two (expecting that you are committed to help the community with videos, once you are done with 5 videos, the camcorder is all yours and we will buy another one for another member.)
