I live in PA and here's a list of my payday loans:
ok here goes:
1.Greenlight: original amount $200 paid $205 back so far in principal and interest
2. Payday services: original amount $400, paid $231 in principal and interest so far
3. 500 fast cash: original amount: $250, paid $280 so far in proncipal and fees
4. Fastwire Cash: original amount: $100 paid $55 so far in prinicpal and fees
5. Payday 1: original amount: $300,paid $57 so far in interest
6. Rapid Cash Management: original $200 I made no payments as of yet
7. Needspeedyloan.com: original amount: $300, paid $137 so far in fees and interest
8. Impact Cash: original amount: $300, paid nothing as of today
9. National Money Stote: original loan amount: $450, paid $110 so far in interest and principal
10. MTE financial: original loan amount: $300, paid $140 so far on proncipal and interest

I have sovereign bank and wanna close it out. Can I do that, is that the right way to go? They can not put an ACH withdrawl block on it. How can I deal with these loans and make right with them? Anyone's help/advice greatly appreciated. Also I can't remember if I signed a wage assignment with any of them, should I send a wage assignment reversal request to all of them, where should I go form here?
Thanks:-)

M, I looked over your post from earlier. As pointed out in your other thread. In PA the pdl has to be licensed anywhere to be legal. Yes, close your account if you can. DO whatever you have to do to keep the pdls away from your money. Do not send anything to the pdls until your account is taken care of. So far I can tell you 500 fast cash and MTe are not going to be licensed. The others we will have to look up. Please read this about closing your account...

Once you take care of your account we can help you with the next steps. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to post them.
