This was posted as criteria to become a mod:

1.) A person should have 1000 posts in the Debtcc forum, a minimum of 6 months in the community and be admitted into the Hall of Fame.

2.) A person must be nominated by at least five other members who have sent an email or private message to Polly or Mike.

Simple question:
Does anyone know if this is still the guideline?

If not, what is?

Goudah, thank you for your posts...a voice of reason. I appreciate the fact that you took the time to look into the situation. I am sure all it took was a pm to Vikas to find out that this was an exception. Had anyone bothered to read his post on
Any Mod for Video Fourm?, there would have been no need for the question to begin with. As for the previous instance where volunteers were requested, I believe once again you asked for clarification and it was answered by Vikas :

Quote:

I will have Mike do the needful as he is better at that. I am happy to see a lot of great members around.

I appreciate your efforts to intercede and avoid any imminent drama.

I was actually asked by an admin if I was interested in becoming a mod, not sure where that stands though because I havent heard anything else about it since then. I know that I dont have 1000 posts though...if that is a requirement I have no problem waiting until then--with as much as I cant shut up I am sure it wont take long...
