- Document all the discussions that you have with the company.
- Involve you doctor to find out solution to the problem.

This is an excellent video! I know from experience that persistence pays off when it comes to insurance companies, I deal with them every day, it's a part of my job. Most people that are denied claims, just accept it and pay for the services them self because they don't want to deal with all the paper work involved. I say, be persistent and keep that policy book handy!
