Hi. I'm currently having a problem with rapidcashforyou.com. They without warning or notice took $519 out of my bank account, completely cleaning it out. What happened was that a payment went returned which was there fault because they tried to take it out early. They then wanted the entire amount which i didnt have which led to harassing phone calls on my job every day straight for 2 weeks.

I filed a complaint aganist them with the Texas Attorney General's office (which is the state their located in) and I received a confirmation letter last week. Now since then they tried to take 139 dollars out this past friday which wasent my draft date and yesterday they took out all my money. I'm not sure what to do. I believe they did it as retaliation for filing a complaint.

I already have 3 other payday loans out (storefront) and another online one. I just want to get out of this trap and try to get my money back. Any advice would be very much appreciated

Thanks

Hi, riot! :D I posted the VA state pdl law for us so we can see it. Is rapidcashforyou.com licensed in your state? Do you know? We can check if you don't know. Now, what you can do is dispute that debit with your bank. Go to the bank asap and dispute it. They can reverse that debit off and put the money back in your account. You need to do this. I see you have storefronts and another internet, correct? Can you do this for me - list out your pdls, how much you borrowed (principle amount only), and how much you have paid back total so far to date. We'll see where you stand.

store fronts
cash express-500
check into cash-400
checksmart-500

online
rapidcashforyou.com 350 (i paid back at least 360)
paydayservices.com 350 (240.00)

I'm not sure if rapidcash is licensed in va. But upon researching them, on their website they have their location listed in utah but on correspondence i received in email, it's in texas
