I lived in the state of Florida and need to know what is SOL? What is the SOL in Fl? I think I know, but want to make sure. By the way, my first time in this Forum

SOL is the amount of time a creditor has to file a suit to colle
SOL is the amount of time a creditor has to file a suit to collect. If the creditor files after the expiration of SOL, the debtor may plead SOL as a defense.
