If so, what companies do this?

Also, what do companies such as Langhorne and PDL Assistance do?

Help!

First and foremost, are you certain that ALL of your payday lenders are legal and legitimate? If they are operating illegally, you are under no obligation to pay them back anything more than the principal (and interest allowed by your state, if you feel obligated to do that - that's a personal choice).

Why don't you take a moment to post the following info, so we can help you figure this out, before you try consolidating them?

-state you live in
-names of all payday lenders you're dealing with
-whether they are internet or storefront lenders
-how much you borrowed
-how much you have repaid (including all fees, interest, etc.)

With that info, we can offer you some advice! :-)

msys...please do as SBH suggests. I before I came here I was contemplating using Langhorne but I wasn't impressed with the gentleman I spoke with and it was going to cost me a small fortune. With the help of everyone on here I took this on by myself and have settled 3 of my 5 in less than 3 months.....something I thought would never happen! I was sure I would be locked into this hell for the rest of my life. I will be honest with you, it is time consuming but you will get step by step guidance as you go along. Keep us posted.
