Is USA Payday Loan a legal company

I know payday lending is legal in Florida. What I want to know is Usa Payday Loans are they legally able to operate in Florida and if the are licensed to.

No. Call their office at 866-666-2233. Explain to them that you are well aware of their location in Burlington NJ and you demand they no longer ACH your account. Contact Gail Sauter at 702-240-5295 and be certain to revoke authorization via email gsauter (@) advantagepaymentsys.com and specify you are a USA PDL customer that lives in FL where they do not have legal lending authority. Be certain to inform the USA PDL staff as well. Please return and let others know how this goes. Thanks.

thanks. I called them trying to get a physical address and I was put on hold and was given a Wilmington,DE address. I called the cfsa to check on this company. I was told that they have a Usa Payday Loans & MS Management 847-919-4801. I called the number and a gentlemen addressed the phone and he was very rude. He basically said they he was not out of DE and neither was USA Payday Loan. I just feel like I am getting the run around on this matter, when it comes to trying to find out good information.

I understand that I need to pay them what I owe legally, but my point is that if they are illegal then I need to pay the principal only. I am not disputing that in the least. I am just trying to find out if they hold a license in my state, which I don't think that they do. If so then I need to tack on the legal interest rate. Please do not think that I am trying to get out of paying at all. I just need to find out what amount to pay and need to do it on my terms so I don't get the lights turned out or the water shut off.

Thanks, James. I really appreciate your help. I am very niave when it comes to this and am hoping to come through this with my head on straight. I am receiving phone calls. Would you advise that I call them back? I have sent letters outlining payment arrangements that I can afford and have requested mailing addresses. No response as of yet, but I hope to get this straight soon.
