Welcome to the forums. I'm a little confused on your question. Are you
asking, how much money do you need to be in debt to get help? It
doesn't really matter how much your debt is. If you're not that far in
debt, perhaps you can work with your creditors to get your credit
cleaned up. If you have larger debts, then perhaps a debt counselor
could help consolidate your debt into one payment.

In addition to what Mike said, you don't need to have any fixed amount of debt for qualifying in this program. You can enroll yourself in this program with any amount that you may have and get started.

The consultant will negotiate with your creditors and offer you some easy repayment options. Hope that you are able to achieve a debt free life soon.
