The law firm has over 60,000 active clients. Since 2006 the firm has distributed over $165,000,000 to creditors in connection with negotiated settlements, has eliminated over $452,000,000 in consumer debt, currently distributes over $8,000,000 each month to creditors, and has 140 known complaints.
The article is one sided (of course) and we will be vigorously defending and prosecuting claims against banks and their abusive debt collectors.
Just this past week we filed a class action lawsuit against Creditors Interchange and Mann Bracken, LLC.
Last year we filed over 80 lawsuits against CitiBank, Chase, Capital One, and their debt collectors. We saw the debt crisis comoing in 2006 and began urging consumers to prioritize their debt paying their housing, car payments, utilities and medical expenses before paying their credit card debt.
3,000,000 people will lose their homes this year alone.
To sum, we have .00014% of complaints and over 60,000 satisfied clients. No client will ever state that our law firm misrepresented anything, if any misrepresentations were made, it was by third party credit counseling agencies not under our direct control or supervision.

I remember trying to negotiate with Hess Kennedy and their reps.
I remember trying to negotiate with Hess Kennedy and their reps. The lowest our client allowed us to go was 50% with debt settlement companies and there have been times where they would refuse to SIF if we wouldn't go below that.. sometimes even to 45% even stating that they could SIF for 50 but that they would rather wait until the debt would charge off and sit for as long as needed to get the offer they wanted.
So I don't believe what they claim that their complaint ratio is.
