Debt, Chapter 13 dismissed..what next?

Hi there kuzmos and welcome to the forum. Do you only have one credit card debt or are there other debts you are working on also? I'm sure someone will be along to help you shortly, but a little more info is needed regarding your situation, first. I have personally never had any experience working with a debt settlement company, but I have had much success with a Consumer Counsiling Service, I was fortunate enough to locate a non-profit organization, however that was many years ago.

I HAVE A NUMBER OF CREDIT CARDS, CONSUMER CREDIT CARDS AND A LINE OF CREDIT.......THE ATTORNEY I HAVE WORKED WITH ON CH-13 WILL WORK ON A FEW OF THE CREDIT CARDS BUT LEAVES THE REST UP TO ME.....

Have any of these debts been turned over to a collection agency?

SOME OF THE CARDS HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER TO LLC'S.
IT'S HARD TO IDENTIFY WHAT CARDS THEY REPRESENT BASED ON THE INFO FROM THE "CLAIMS REGISTER" FROM THE TRUSTEE.

Have you had these debts validated by any of these collection agencies? I'm a little confused about exactly where you are in this situation. Are you positive these are your debts and that the collection agency actually owns these debts? If you hang in there, I am sure JCMET will be around to give you some advice, he knows a lot about these things and I would rather he or someone with more knowledge in this area help you out. :)

WITH THE RECENT ATTEMPT AT SETTLING THE DEBT ISSUE WITH A CH-13 (DISMISSED AS MENTIONED IN PREVIOUS MESSAGE). THE INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AS TRANSCRIBED BY EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS CLAIMS REGISTER. SO I HAVE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION. SOME OF THE DEBTS INDICATED HAVE CREDIT CARD CO. NAMES OTHERS HAVE B-REAL,LLC OR ROUNDUP FUNDING,LLC ETC.
