My wages have been being garnished due to an LVNV credit card the principal was 7000 this has been going on over a year and they are holding 300.00 a week out of my paycheck...I have the court papers and etc but unsure how to figure out how much longer this will be happening..The attorney that handled it wont return my phone calls and when i call all i get is voicemail...Is there anything i can do?

All total i have paid in 11,000 since the garnishment.

How much were the court costs and legal fees? And interest? What percentage of your take home pay is that and what state are you in?

The principal was 6811.00 the court costs and legal fees were around 5000.00 and 25% interest I think...25% of paycheck... My numbers may be off a little but not more that a couple of hundred... We lost our house because of this garnishment and a lot of medical issues within the family, we had to move and the papers are in storage so not exact on numbers.
I am in Louisiana
