I paid this company for a $250 loan, $750 just in fees until I closed my checking account. When I sent them the revocation letter, I was told by them that they revoke my revocation and would collect the $325 that was owed to them, I have to say I have not heard from them since and now this is what they are saying to me:

Dear Value Customer,

We wanted to let you know that you are eligible to reactivate your loan with Platinum B Services. If you are interested in reactivating, please contact Jessica at 1-866-722-2770 ext 109. If you are still using the same information as your previous loan all we need to get is a new loan note signed and faxed back and we can have the funds available to you the following business day. Thank you.

I want to send them a reply back to this, any suggestions? (and no I do not want to take another loan out with them) I want to use this as a PIF email, with my come back. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

After I closed out my bank account, I got an e-mail from one of the PDL's saying that I was SUCH a good customer, that I could take out more money from them; an obvious attempt to get my new bank information! Needless to say, I didn't reply to their "generous offer."

Kolo, from reading that letter I'd say they have written you off and you are now in their "prospecting" department. Meaning, they do a simple profitability analysis which shows you are a profitable customer, even if they did want you to believe otherwise by saying that you owe money. Their guess is that they can make amends and still make a few bucks off of you. Don't respond, don't seek a PIF, just ignore them. There is no reason to contact them and open any doors. If they start actively pursuing you again, that's a different story. Hope your day is going well.
