MY Verbal Agreement

I recently sold my car to a family member,she only gave me half of what i asked for it but wanted me to sign the title over to her so that she could pawn it and assured me that she would pay me the other half when she got the money but never did...Do anyone think I could take her to court and won?
I suppose you can take her to small claims court. A verbal agree
I suppose you can take her to small claims court. A verbal agreement is binding in many states. You just need to prove you had one. Did anyone else witness the agreement?
