If I have my check Direct deposited into my wifes new checking account. Can the PDL companies see my money going into her account eventhough i am nowhere listed on the new account, not even an authorized signer or user?

I wouldn't think so..they would have to have the routing number and account numbers in order to do that. They do not have a legal right to know this information unless you release it to them.

I never gave them my wifes name-evern for a reference on the loan i actually did sign up for. Routing would be the same but she will have a new account-with me nowhere to be found anywhere around it.

If your wife owns that checking account by herself, and all you do is put your paycheck in there, then they cannot touch it. Your bank would have to put it back if the PDL's did happen to find her account; or else your wife could sue the bank.

i wouldn't even draw attention to it.. if it's in your wife's name, they'll have a hard time trying to justify taking it out because of something you did. not only that, but the bank will not allow them to take it out of her account.

The reason I told the person to write a letter to the pay day companies to not to attempt to make any withdrawals to any account that he may own now or in the future is because if his spouse dies and he is the sole heir then the pay day companies will have a new account to attempt to debt from. Also, I believe that you have to take steps to make sure that these companies honor your request by not debiting your account anymore and costing the writer anymore overdrafts in any account they may get now or in the future.
