Encashing Points, was this resolved??

I'd pm Jason.He was working on the board early this morning.

I have to bump myself I guess. I sent a PM to Jason hours ago. No answer. I am a little ticked about this. This is how you lose members! And mods!

I am glad this is only for us. It would make a bad impression on the others.

Oh there has already been one blow up over it (before the newest system). I am glad though that the post is here any not else where so that it can be taken care of quietly.

I also noticed that the points per word seems to have changed. What used to be a 15 point post is now a 10 point post. Did anyone else notice this? Don't get me wrong, I am not all about points it is just an observation!

Someone brought that up awhile back. When it was mentioned Vikas said something about looking into it.

It has to do with where this site hits on search engines or something . . . . Since this site isn't coming up in the first few for certain terms, the posts are worth less points then before . . . Or at least that was my understanding.

Goudah is on the right track about the points. Vikas explained that since we weren't in the first spot or first three, it dropped on hits. Once we are back on the top, the points become more, or something like that.

As far as getting your points cashed in, it has always taken me at least 5 days, usually longer, but I get mine by mail, too.

I am sure Jason or Vikas will contact you and resolve this with you..karen

We're in receipt of all your requests and all the backlogs will be taken care of asap. However, the account department is currently running short of manpower. Hence, the problem.

I agree that you normally require the cash for emergency purposes and it remains our effort to make it available at the time of need. Just be assured that all will be taken care of withing few days.

It is Thusday and I made my request last week. I am sitting here at work wondering how I am going to get back here tomorrow. I am out of gas! To make matters worse I got up this AM and had whatever was left in my checking cleared out by an unauthorized ACH by an identity theft insurance company. I do not know where they got my info from. I am neg 17.00 with a 15.00 purchase not posted yet. That will bo 70.00 in NSF charges. It will take the bank over a week to fix it so my next check will be short.
I need my points today or I am dead in the water here.

It has been a week that has gone by and now Vikas and Jason will not even answer my PMs. I have had no problem donating my points to Mike, Spanish Eyes and others that needed help. But when I need help I was pretty much thrown under the bus! I am so out of here now. I have been a selfless hardworking member of this community for the past year and it is wrong to be treated like this by the administration. If you do not have the 11.00 at least be honest and tell me. I am pissed beyond belief. I hope Mike finds out one day when he is in a better place how poorly I was treated by this administration. I got to work today only because of the grace of God putting a couple of bucks in my paypal from a survey my wife took a while back. Jason and Vikas knew my situation and just did not care. This isn't right. You deserve at least a response. I am very saddened that you cannot even get an answer to your pm's. It is wrong and there is no excuse in it. What a slap in the face.....
