When writing a letter to an online pdl company because they are illegal in your state and have already been overpaid by you, and your requesting the account be marked paid in full, must the letters be typed?, can they be hand-written if you do not access to a printer for your computer, or is emailing them oK?

I have sent mine through email also all the time and nobody responded to them except Loan Shop and Edollars who stated they do not have my account info because they sold it even though I overpaid!!! I am sending them again via mail.

Has anyone gotten anywhere with the AG offices. I have not heard from mine. Also can I also complain to the AG office in the PDL's state?

I just got an e-mail from Loan shop today stating that I would get a refund. They will settle but you need to call Missouri Bank and Trust, their ACH Processor, get them to call loan shop as well.. Then call William Mashburn at Loan Shop and talk with him. I actually told them that I had a lawyer on hand ready to file suit. I over paid $330 and we settled for $200.
