i would keep right on them, soon you will seek a pif on the remaining thirty dollars.let them know that, they are illegal and either have to provide an address or else not get there 30.00,simple as that.do not back down however.moneygram my foot.

Their reply:

For offers given for the amount of deposit only (essentially you recieved funds for free) only Moneygram will be accepted, any money orders are not accepted. Again, if you cannot accept that, then the account will continue per the contract.

Half of me wants to just pay the fee for the moneygram and get these people out of my life. The other, nastier side of me wants to start screwing them right back.

Opinions welcome - pay via moneygram or hold out for an address?

I can't see why any "legitimate" company would not want to accept a money order; after all, they're guaranteed the funds, it's not like a check. Of course, then they'd have to give you a physical address, the money order would be easier to trace than a Moneygram... oh, yeah, NOW I see why they don't want money orders! (hee hee!)

Call my me hard headed, but I always hold out for a physical address. As wheadle stated, what company would not accept any other form of payment if they were legit? I had quite a few pdls that I had to practically CHOKE the address out of them; however, I got it. Of course, the address to send the money orders to was totally different than any other address you will find for the pdls. Surprised? No. Now, you do whatever you want to. People opt to pay the Money Gram/Western Union fee just to get these idiots out of their lives. But, I'm a hard a$$. I want an address. This way, you have that information in case it's ever needed again. I sent mine to a physical address, certified mail, tracked it, knew when they received it, sent them an email immediately letting them know that I knew they got it and to email me a pif right then and there. But, that's just me. Everyone makes their own choice. You do whatever feels right to you. If you want them off your back, then go for the Money Gram. However, if they want to play hardball, I always play hardball back. Heck, they wanted their money. So they coughed up an address for me to mail it to. A person wouldn't think it would be that hard; however, that's just how hard the pdls try to "hide". Amazing.

Has anyone had any dealing with a company called PRL direct? I think they are from Canada.

They don't want to get checks they have to return or credit cards that get declined because they want their money but what about us. They get mad when we close our account because either one we want to deal with the company via mail, which I believe we have every right, or we have over paid. Most of us have overpaid. I am sorry I don't feel anywhere near bad because they get bad checks. I kind feel they deserve it. They are scamming us and if they were legit they would have an address and not try to hide.
