yes they are a pdl and back last year when I defaulted with them
yes they are a pdl and back last year when I defaulted with them I sent them a letter revoking wage assignment. The thing is that my employer does not care and if they reveive another one they will garnish my wages again cause they did it with Sonic Payday.

A garnishment can only occur if there is a court order, a wage assigment can only take place if you do not revoke it. A wage assignment is an option, if you revoke it, then your employer MUST honor that. Does anyone else have any insight on this, am I correct or not? :?

you are correct, specially here in Florida garnishments have to be thru court orders, but the witch in HR did not want to hear me at all and I argued and fought with her gave her a copy of the letter revoking it and she argued back and said you owe the money and I will garnish your check. If it gets to the point where it happens again I will definitely take this to the labor dept. I just want to avoid it from happening again.
