Help with PDL
Date: Thu, 05/08/2008 - 10:09
Got PDL from Rightaway Financial Group 2/08 for $900.00 with payback of $1390. As of 4/08 paid back $875. Thought balance was $516 but was informed that it was $900 because I did not pay the loan back in full. From the time I got the loan in February this sub human person calls the night before my pay day to remind me and then calls my job repeatedly even though I am off on pay day Fridays. Calls my house, references. I contacted the Statem of Maryland Commissioners Office for License and Regulations and was told that PDL's are illegal in the state of Maryland. I sent all the information to them. I sent payments via Western Union because I didn't want the creep to have my account information. He has several addresses in Colorado and Utah and deals with US Bank in South Dakota and goes by the laws of South Dakota. He refused to pick up the certified letter from the post office. Letters were sent to all the addresses that the Commissioners office could find. The PO in Colorado tried to deliver the letter and get him to sign for it but he refused. So I was informed that the next step was the Attorney General's office. I hope he is not dumb enough to take them on. I also was contact by a young lady in North Carolina after I responded to her blog about this company and this person and she went through hell just like I did. So if anyone else out there has dealt with this company or has a advertisement from that company TEAR IT UP NOW!!! Cause you don't know what you are in for. Your life will get turned upside down. My and this young lady talked for while about the notorious and threatening ways of this person. So if you want calls late at night and to your family, friends and co-workers sign on and get stalked by this money hungry, high interest grabbing clown.
