Legitimate Company?

Has anyone heard of Ellison National Finance?

They are out of Canada and everything seems real legit, but they did ask for a 10% deposit on a loan to be refunded to me after 3 months of payments.

I have not sent them any money yet - just got the paperwork to review.

I know it screams of scam, but everything looks so legitimate - just looking to see if anyone else has had any experiences.

Hello mccurran and welcome to the forum. I have done some research on this company and so far haven't come up with anything. I would suggest that you do a check on them with the BBB as a precaution, although if this is a new company you may not find very much on them. Perhaps someone who has heard of them will be able to give you a little more info. Please, just be very cautious when entering into any loan agreement. Good luck! :)
