What is it with all these new rated x member names joining?

A bot or attempt at advertising? What do you guys do is these attempt to post x rated ads? Well, delete of course, but I've never seen any try to post, or am I missing them? Probably. :?
And while we're on the subject of member names, is there a place that lists all the members?
