Cashcentral EPP - They did not take my first payment

Cashcentral worked with me on an EPP last week, and my first payment was going to be taken out of my account(which is a separate account from my regular bank) on 5/12. They haven't withdrawn anything yet, and when I log into their site, it does show my first payment due 5/12, and a message stating "we are unable to loan to you at this time". I'm not sure what to do, because I have all the paperwork that agreed my first payment would be withdrawn on Monday....I could sure use that money to pay utility bills, so I'm wondering if I should contact Cashcentral to ask what's going on?

With some of mine the due date would be on Friday but they would

Ok, I got it settled--they still had my ACH revocation in place,
Ok, I got it settled--they still had my ACH revocation in place, so I made arrangements to pay otherwise, in 3 payments. Amber was very nice to work with, so I'm feeling better today about this whole situation.
