Well, expect the PDL to say stuff like that because they are liars. Seriously, even ones that are legal for you might still do illegeal things to obtain money (not to mention give out loans to people where pdls are prohibited). Don't be discouraged, if they sense you're backing down, you will win. Just always stay with your case. These laws are real and they are breaking them

Not yet, i am working on filing reports with the AG & Division of Banks in MA. I will also email the form letter to all of them after tomorrow when they can't debit my account because it is closed. I have to deal with 13 of these PDLS. It is overwhelming.

oh, that's right - i forgot they haven't defaulted yet. you'll be ok. my biggest problem was actually with the bank. be patient, i know waiting is hard but you'll be ok. i only had one truely nasty call with these people. as long as you stick with the law (they aren't legal), you will be fine. Just don't back down.

If PDLs are prohibited in MA then try to include the processor route in your plan. It worked for me but I think they are getting overwhelmed by emails and phone calls so they are doing things a little differently. Nonetheless, they can help you out.
