The reason that I am asking is this is one of the companies that I borrowed money from in the amount of 300.00 with a finance charge of 90.00. Today I got a email from them stating that I need to sign and fax this form back to them to let them know i want the whole amount paid of 390.00. Up until now they have been taking 90.00, the finance charge, out of my account which totals 380.00. If I do not send this back within 3 business days that I am refinancing the loan and will have to pay the 90.00.
I really do not know how to deal with this company and I know that they are a scam. They cannot take any more money from my account because I closed that account but still do not know what to do. Can someone help me?

They can't your money if you closed the account so that is a moot point. I am also assuming you sent them a C and D letter? Did you notify the AG's office, the BBB, the FTC, their processor and possibly their bank? Other than that I don't have any other options for you to try. Sometimes we have do all this and just wait for the other shoe to drop, so to speak. I know that waiting is frustrating but when they try to debit your account hopefully they will get the hint. With the amount of people on this board who have been to all of the above I can't imagine that they don't know what is happening in the PDL world. Sometimes dealing means taking precautions and putting the ball back in their court. Perhaps someone will come along who has dealt with them and can offer some additional advice. Keep us posted and good luck.

I had them and after a year of paying $90, I received an email stating that my loan was paid in full. I called, cause I panicked and she verified that it was indeed considered paid in full. Never had that happend before with a PDL

I don't know about anyone else on here but I would be questioning that...haven't heard many good things about arrowhead investments who I had dealings with who kept sending me nasty emails everyday...more power to you if they indeed say your account is pif, did you get any written documentation to back this up? If not contact them again and get it in writing.
