since I have defaulted with CashnetUSA and trying to set up some kind of payment plan; at which they won't, but send what I can when I can, I received this over the weekend...and what is so funny is my loan number was attached to this email.. I only assume they are trying to tise me into filling out the information so they can get my new information...just thought I would share..

i got a similar snail mail from all credit lenders.
i actually had my wages garnished.ended switching jobs,then around december i got the letter say i was approved for an additional 250.00.it is pathetic,isn't it?i paid them in march.what a useless industry pdl's are.

Paul, which pdl garnished ur wages? it is a mess to be caught up in...luckily in my state garnishing wages is only for child support or your taxes..

all credit was an installment loan.i couldn't
do an EPP so they filed in court to garnish.i guess that doesn't mean they can pull some of the tricks pdl's do.i am in illinois,so they could only take 15% of my pay after taxes.
