Is anyone familiar with them?? I have called the automated system and also went to signmyloan.net and it says that they can not locate the account. I over paid them by 190.00 and sent them a letter, i did not get a response but now my info is gone. Does this mean they won't try to collect or is that wishful thinking?

Me too! I also went to Cash First Online to log in ... it shows my loan as pending but they owe me money and i pointed out in my letter that it specifically says they do not lend to Massachusetts residents! I am more concerned about ameriloan. I had two checking accounts and one I did not close(which is where they pull from) until I receive checks for my new one (two different banks) I can't be without checks or debit card so I did one at a time I did send them a letter revoking their ACH but who knows if they will listen.

To be on the safe side, you may want to go to the bank and revoke any attempted ACH withdrawals from ameriloan also. They do tend to change their names a lot, so that may only work on the first attempt. It may be best for you to put a hard debit block on that account for awhile, that way only deposits can go in, but nothing can come out, not even you-yourself can withdrawal. You could get cash out and make due with that until your able to close it completely. They will probably ignore your revocation and try to get money out of your account anyway, I'm pretty sure by reading about other peoples experiences with them they are notorious for ignoring those revocation letters. :?

Thanks Shazzhers I will do that! I don't need an overdrawn account!! I am glad I found this site, it was quite by accident but when I found it I was really on the verge of a breakdown and I haven't paid any other bills except my car for months because of these loans!!! I feel better knowing I have some guidance. I wanted to take care of these first then I will tackle all of the credit card companies! In the meantime I get to enjoy my son's last few weeks of High School and be able to sleep at night!
