Well, I took it too far and now she is mad at me too . . . .

I would not consider it much of a loss for someone of this nature to be mad at me,I would simply tell them to join the large line of others who are also mad at me.

What did she think I was going to do? Drive over to her house an do bodily harm? If the drive is longer than 4 hours she is safe and I do not care to fly. With her mental capacity I am sure she is peeking through her mini blinds right now looking to see if a shemale with a beer gut and mt olympus bicepts is slapping a baseball bat in his/her hand ready to charge her front door. Or maybe some mofia Italian mob boss. I can't even make 5'.

My threat was that she needs to shape up or she will be forcably shipped out (ban).

I actually feel sorry for her. She need some help and she is running off some of the people willing to help her.

FYI - I read your pm's posted on the other page of this thread, and didn't even notice the "threat". I had to go back and reread just to figure out what she was talking about.

Just know that she is "contemplating" taking legal action . . . . Not that she has a leg to stand on, but she is the type that can't admit when she's wrong and just move on.

But she wouldn't know that about you . . . . I don't think she actually thinks you threatened her, she is more upset that she was called out on the guest posting. She is using the "threat" as an excuse to shift the blame from her to you and change it from a TOS violation to "FYI is threatening me!"

I still can't beleive she would tell me that she apologized to you for the guest posting and then you threatened her . . . . I'm sure this is what she is telling everyone else too . . . .

What she doesn't understand is that it was a discussed action between the mods before anyhting was even done because I didn't tell her.

I don't mind her hating me at all. I didn't come here to make friends (although it's nice to have them :)) Those that know me will draw their own conclusions and those that know me and they also know her will think she is completely nuts. Those that don't well... they will either be around to know me or they won't. I'm a happy camper either way.

So let her take legal actions & demand damages in counter-claim for a baseless suit.Perhaps a hit in ye ole wallet will wake her up or a call to her employer since she so freely gave it to us. Seriously this lady is most disturbed. :lol:

She actually didn't tell the board who her employer is . . . . . I know it because she told me personally and email's me from her work addy.

She just asked me the same thing Frog . . . . I directed her to the comments she made previously . . . . It's like she will say one thing, then an hour later deny she said it, even when it's in writing.

It's up to admin right now to put a ban on her.

I agree . . . . I think us MODS have done all we can do, to no avail. Nothing any of us says is going to make a bit of differnce in how she does things.

That's my take on it, as well. Although, given the nature of this site, etc., I wonder how much damages could be recovered.

My counterclaim would be for legal fees,court costs,and unpaid wages to defend a garbage suit. :D

That, I understand. My point was that none of us are here because we're made outta money. I was just musing on how much damages could actually be collected.

Okay, its now have gone really too far. I didn't intervene thinking it can get solved in a friendly manner and will gradually die out.

She had forwarded me the PM that FYI has written to her about banning her, in return I requested her to direct her energy in the right direction. But it seems that it didn't work out :(

However, in her latest PM she has asked me to take down her homepage as she is leaving this site. Hope if we let her go quietly it'll solve the matter.

If someone felt the hankering to pursue it, I wonder if she could be fired for using company resources on company time, for personal use.

At least given a talking to, I would think. The company could well see it as a liability issue, as well as a metter of what she's doing vs. paid to be doing.

Jason, I really don't think that she is going to go quietly. She will return as a guest and spam the site or come under another user name and start the same kind of stuff. I vote that she should be banned, user name and IP address. She has told several people that she will not go quietly and do anything she can to bring this site down.

Yeah, she has told me that she will do everything she can to ruin the site.

Well, can I just jump in here and say "If she thinks that she can take down an entire site by herself with us on it, more power to her." I wish I felt as though I was that "powerful"!! :shock:

I have at least 10 loads of clothes to do possibly more as my washing machine has been broken for some time now. I am getting it repaired today and I told my sister in law this last night. She told me that she was going to do her clothes before mine because she has only one basket and I told her she was crazy. Later that night I told my husband about it and he told me that I would most likely let her use it first because I feel sorry for her that she doesn't have one and doesn't really have the money to go to the laundry mat and I realized he was most likely right.

I have tons of compassion but for kash it's lost because she can't think about this site the way it should be thought of as a tool to help others and not for personal gain or ego stroking or for pity parties. I feel that an all out ban should be put on her.

I hate the thought of banning anyone. :( But we need to. She will not go quietly. I think she'll cool it for a few days, but I bet she's roaring back again this weekend. I think she's poisonous..I'm afraid she's going to be on here pming everyone and running her mouth..We could lose some potentially valuable people. Plus, if she does spew her guest posts everywhere, it looks terrible. It really needs to be official.

I think banning is the best thing to do here. She's engaged in the following harmful behaviors:

-posting as a guest to hide her identity (and not to do something nice or decent)

-responded to a Mod's pm asking her to stop with threats

-threatened to "do something" to get back at the site for disciplining her.

-continued to post as a guest with inflammatory and hateful remarks in an attempt to make the site look bad - when all this site ever did was offer her help in a time of need, like we have to anyone else.

I think all of these things warrant an immediate and permanent ban.

What did Kash and Volley disable their Avatars now in some kind of protest?

Jason mentioned above that Kash had asked that her homepage be taken down, etc., because she intended on leaving the site. So Jason may have already done so.

Their homepages are still up . . . . I think they did just take their avatars off.

AHHHHH, I see. Thanks for clarifying that, Goudah. Anyone seen them posting lately? I noticed Volley did not respond to Fins' post asking if she was leaving on the Tamale thread.
