if my initial loan was 479 and they've gotten 640 so far, how much more do they have a right to claim? I'm in PA and am pretty sure this is an illegal overseas company (cash2day4u)

what company gave you the loan?if it is
overseas then you overpaid.however, pennsylvania laws say if a pdl has a license anywhere it is
considered legal.are you sure it is overseas?

if that's cash2day4u which i hear is the same as cash today limited, than i think it is overseas and illegal.

actually i just got off the phone with Michael Brown' there and he was trying to get me to pay still. I found out i had paid them TEN payments of 79 dollars for a 400 dollar loan, which he admitted to. Then he said that i would need to repay the principal plus interest. I said 'oh, i disagree a good bit. I think i've paid you more than enough, and if i get another call i will be contacting the police' that had him reeling a good deal. Still though these people drive you nuts.

good job,you are done with them.in fact, you really should be refunded the overpaid amount.that most likely will not happen, but you handled it great.
