United Cash Loans

Oh yeah; do a "search" at this site, you'll see that lots of people (including myself) have dealt with United Cash Loans. Don't think they're legal or licensed anywhere, but possibly someone else can correct me?

Yep, that's correct. Of course, now, if you ask THEM, they'll tell you that they're legal all over the place! :D

Run from them as hard as you can. They are one of the worst.

i am thinking that "one-click cash" is a partner of UCL also.

I did find out that ameriloan shares the same collections web site. Both have been emailing me.
They both sent me the same contact page to set up a payment. They are obviously related. These are the only two out of three harassing me.

yep,ameriloan,USFASTCASH,UNITED CASH LOANS,500 FASTCASH.are all MTE,there are several more.probably close to 36 d/b/a's in all.

Yeah after doing a search I found that out...
500 Cash is the only one on my credit report at this time. How can these guys report anything if they are doing business illegally?

They harrassed me and finally sent me to a collection agency in TX which refused to remove the negative from my credit reports I sent an ITS letter and they paid me 1000.00 bucks...

ITS letter... Hm... I am new to this whole thing. I will have to research that. But thank you!

What's an ITS letter? (sorry...I have no idea!)

Dispute with the CRA's and if the CO validates and the loans are illegal you got them. I didnt have to go to court my ITS was all I needed.

Hey, guess what? I just got an e-mail from United Cash Loans - as they know I'm going to be getting my tax rebate check, they're giving me a special reduced-rate offer on the money they say I owe them. Wow, isn't that GREAT? :D
