Hi
Ask the people from Cash Today to give you a complete statement of your payments made. During calculation, they will come to know that your account is not in default. Instead, they have overdrawn money from your account. Thus, you are likely to get a refund from the company.
Be sure to send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested.

I would also contact your financial institution and ask them block or decline future further debits from them.
Your disclosure should tell you what if any late fees will be assessed, and also what the apr and possible the daily interest rate should be. You should be able to get at least a ball park figure and figure out what your true deebt is to them, and how much has been paid. You may also want to consider asking your bank to change your account numbers.
Since Cash Today is based in the UK, it may also be they are playing on exchange rates to continue making deductions from peoples accounts.
Cash Today
I had the same problem with them taking just interest payments and not the full amount of the loan. I put a stop payment, but you can only do the stop payment for a certain amount. I did it for the $79 but then they started taking $100 and finally $337. I called the bank and questioned why they were allowed to do this when I had put a stop payment. The bank took the information for investigation and sent me an affidavit to mail or fax back. Within 2 weeks, I had all my money back in my account. Cash Today cannot do anything about this as they do not have a written and signed contract with you. Doing it via computer does not constitute a written contract.
Hope this helps a little.
