Worked with MSI

Welcome to the Community :D I have not worked with them, not am I familiar with them.

Have you checked them out with the BBB, states attorney general, and others who have used them through completion?

Before you go with anyone, please check them out

Get every detail you want to know out, such as what are all the fees,when do they begin to pau your creditors, how long of a process are you looking at, and also if your creditors will work with them.

You didn't say what type of debt you are refering to, credit cards, pay day loans?

There are many ways to solve your debt, from debt consolidation, to Do it Yourself.

Not sure that I can give a web site without it being taken off, but if so, rip-off report is a chat forum that has people providing information regarding bad and good experiences with businesses. Sometimes the business they are referencing will even respond. I use it everytime I run in to something new and want to find out about it, Rip-off Report.com If I wasn't suppose to post the page, I'll soon learn when the mod removes it, if so..... so sorry mod

They have charged me over $1100 and have failed to do even 1/4 of what they promised. A few items were removed from my wife's credit report, yes, but I could have done the same thing. They have failed to follow up, failed to maintain any sort of communication with us, they keep asking for information that we have sent over several times, their client portal has a bunch of inaccurate information...etc. I've been sending them emails and the only way I got anyone to call back was to threaten to cancel.

We feel completely ripped off and would not recommend these people to anybody. The only reason we rushed into working with them was because we were on a tight timeline and feared that we would lose our home loan if my wife's credit report wasn't fixed ASAP.

I used MSI for 5 months and they increased my score over 180 point on all three bureaus, they asked me to do things such as opening lines of credit which I didn't want to do but am glad I did now. I got approved for my home loan and also refied on my car. They work as long as you do what they say, just like I was told before, excuses only satisfy the ones that make them.

MSI was the best thing that happened to my life. They got a forclosure,a repo, and 17 collections off my credit. THANK GOD FOR MSI. If you call them ask for Jason He was extremly helpful.866.217.9841 x322
