I used them and they totally ripped me off I lost 1500.00 and reported them to FTC and now they have a case going against the debit advococy center they are a total rip off the can not help you and all you do is lose your very needed money that you will need to save your home contact the federal trade commission and they will tell you contact the BBB for answers beware of this or any other company saying they can help and want the money up front!

bull crap debit advocacy center is a major rip off they want your money and don't care what happens to you after they get your money contact the federal trade commission on them check them out fully before you give then any money that is all they want your money they can not help you I know for a feact!!!!! they are a rip off company and just want your money all they want is your money!!!!! you will still lose your home and never see a dime back from the debit advocacy center

the debt Advocacy Center are a bunch of cut throats. They have an F rating with BBB, a cease and desist from Colorado and 31 serious complaints. Ed Davidson is an attorney but he is not practicing law but rather hiding behind this company, The guarantee is a joke. There is a rumor that Davidson is trying to hide the debt advocacy center and replace it with by trying to look like a law firm. BEWARE OF THESE GREEDY CUT THROATS!

It has been one year and my wife and I haven't had the common courtesy of a phone call from (DAC) the debt advocacy center with the only exception to remind us we needed to resend or contact our bank so they could withdraw moneys from our bank account. The company has only contacted us three times in total to have us to do modification paperwork (the same paperwork from the beginning) that was done once and the mortgage company had an agreement that we held. We contacted DAC's representative and they told us that the mortgage company is still "working" on our paperwork. Since then we are now receiving letters from lawyers and realators in our area telling us that we are being foreclosed.

I just found out the FTC raided The Debt Advocacy Center on Friday 11/20/2009. Confiscated their computers and shut them down. Attorney Ed Davidson is the CEO and is under investigation as well. Karma is a bitch!

DAC is a complete fraud along with its other fraudulent company credit law group we got screwed over with losing our monies too. Credit Law Group had no idea what they were doing and tryed to get another company DAC to help them but neither knows or knew what they were doing, just stealing money from unsuspected desperate hard working people and lying and not answering calls or emails from us, we are going to lose our home because their lawyers told us not to pay our mortgage. They are a scam 100%!!!! I did a business with them and then they never did anything, took the money and never answered again.

For all of you that I tried to warn (ex employee here) this is the final outcome. I'm sorry some of you didn't listen or didn't see the posts, but I'm glad this company and it's CEO are getting theirs.

IT IS A SCAM. I GOT NOTHING BACK FROM THEM AND THEY HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN. Sorry to all of us that took a hit!
