How do I file a complaint against Global Financial Services? They are located in England I just found out? DO I do this in the US or where? They are continuing to call me at work I have faxed and mailed them a cease to call letter twice now. What to do next. I closed my checking account that they had access to. They called me 45 times at work today! This is after the cease to call letter was faxed/emailed and mailed to them in 2/2008 it is not 5/2008!


you can file FTC,AG,and BBB complaints,but GFS is located in the UK.they act like the law does
not matter.you can have co-workers tell them
you longer work there,then try to avoid
speaking to them.they can't do anything to
you except call like they are.just ignore
them and they will go away.

If this is the same Global Financial Services, in which case they all have accents and you can barely understand them, I need their address and am unable to even find their website online. I am claiming chapter 7 and they need to be on there. If you or anyone knows any kind of information, please do email me!
