Arbitration Agreement?

If your loan has an Arbitration Agreement, does this mean its some type of alternative to sueing you or what does it mean. I understand its having a like 3rd party involved to "Chat" it out, but I don't understand it completly.


that clause is in all my contracts too,i'm guessing
that it is just jargon put in there by them.they
really have no intention of going through with it
being 85-90% of all internet pdl's are illegal to
begin with,no arbitrator is going to rule in there
favor.

arbitration is when both parties present there
cases to an unbiased,neutral party who then rules
on the matter.both sides agree to be bound by this.
my statement on my last post explained why pdl's
don't go to arbitration.
