You may want to check with the court (you can probably check online) and see if they got a default judgment against you, in their eyes [the Plaintiff], you didn't respond to the complaint, even though you sent one to the court, you were still required to send one to the Plaintiff also. I'm not possitive about that, just using common sense, and basing it upon the civil procedure in my area, I could be wrong though. :)

I keep checking the court website, and they have not received anything either from the "plaintiff". That is the reason that the court is setting this hearing for the 18th to dismiss the case, because after we filed the Motion to Defend in March, 2007, nobody has done anything else.
On this last document that Borack sent, if clearly states that they sent a Motion for Judgement, but that the court has not received it. I am not going to make things easier for them. They can look it upt hemselves.
