Help with Number, 410-864-8949, Capital Investigative...

He states to call back at 410-864-8949. My caller ID states Maryland, 410-774-0204. He's called twice in the past week.
Anyone know an address for them, for me to mail a DV and C&D? Can't find one for them.
I know for a FACT that I have NO paperwork from them, and they are not on my credit report. I have sent out all my DVs for people on my CR, this is probably one of their double identities since I stated no phone contact in my letters.

That address is located in KS, and the calls are coming from MD. How can I be sure that they are one and the same?

Ya that????????s true???????..umm???????you can do one thing???????you can call the Kansas number and verify whether they have called you or not.

Hello guest, it sounds like some concocted name of a collection agency with the intentions of intimidating you. If it were me, I would call them back and find out what they want. :)
Side note: I called 410-864-8949 and it was disconnected. I called the other number, but it wouldn't go through because I blocked my number first, a recording came on and said the caller doesn't accept blocked calls. lol :lol:
Help with number
I filed a complaint with AG in Maryland. They came back to say these people are someplace in India and can't seem to get a US address. Because they can not find an address they can not do to much about the situstion.
Scam
It's a scam! Don't send them anything! I received a call from them too, claiming I had a civil case filed against me but when I asked for any documentations, they said all paperwork has been sealed and it would be better if I settle the amount with them. Google them, you won't be able to find them.

BE AWARE THEY ARE A SCAM. I TRIED TO PINPOINT THER LOCATION AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE A PO BOX 39309 ON 841 E FORT AV IN A UPS STORE,AND THE WORKERS AT UPS TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY CLOSED THE PO BOX LONG TIME AGO AND A LOT PEOPLE CALL THE UPS ASKING FOR WOLFBARGH STEIN OR CAPITAL INVEST. S..I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM AND ASKING FOR A PROOF OF LEGITIMACY AND THEY KEEPING DOGDING MY CALLS.
