:x i am so aggravated with pinnacle financial .they call multiple times a day and basically threaten if you tell them dont call.i dont owe them anything its for someone else and i told them this not the number,and they still call .they need to be stopped.they are rude and unprofessional.

Why don't you file a complaint against them with the BBB? Maybe

There are several Pinnacle Financial group????????s listed with the BBB. I????????m not sure which one is calling you. I did find this:

you can send them a certified letter RRR :state your phone number and tell them they are not to contact you again.

Settlement with Pinnacle?

Has anyone succesfully settled a debt with this company? If so, what % of the debt was settled?

If I where you I would make damn sure everything is done in writing, you document everything and record phone calls if allowed by your state laws. Also make sure they own the debt they are collecting on. Read this then decide if you really want to pay them.
