world wide cash 360.00 in fees for 200.00 loan.
I am currently having hard block debit on my account.my question is how do I deal with them. also I am dealing with ctc what should do about them .any advice will be great. next payments are 6/13/08.

No I have not received a pif not sure how to go about doing that I know that big,wwc, & ctc(cashtransfercenters) are all iellgal. actually I have borrowed from ctc 15 seperate times each time I have overpaid by 36.00 each time I live in ohio so I know it 15 per 100 borrowed. just need to know what I should do to deal with these guys since they are all out of the country.

have pd. 705 in fees on a 200.00 loan to b.i.g. pd. 360 in fees on 200.00 loan with wwc. is ti possible to get a pif or get them to call it good. i live in ohio. also have borrowed from cash transfer centers 15 times overpaid them 36.00 each time have loan due on 6-13. with i have over pd. it should more than cover this current loan. any help would be great.

mrthumper, if I were you, I would send them an email informing them that you are aware they are not licensed to lend payday loans to Ohio residents. I would also file a complaint with your Attorney General's (lol well, we know it isn't Marc Dunn anymore, he resigned), office and the Federal Trade Commission. I would include a copy of these complaints with the email you send to these pdl's. Figure out how much they owe you, and demand a refund. What will probably happen is, they will reply and tell you that their laws prevail, but that's a bunch of phooey so don't buy it. Anyway, tell them you are DONE with them, and demand a PIF letter, plus a refund for $XXXX amount. File a complaint with Ohio Attorney General's office here, then you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission here.

Both companies are based in England, although Worldwide uses a Delaware address. Probably not much help you can expect from the regulators, but you can be confident they won't be doing anything besides nagging you. No one is flying over to sue you on a $200 loan.
