'After spending time on this forum I have a couple questions.(1) a little background I''m in Missouri All of my PDL''s are internet.
Cashnetusa borrowed 450/pd461/owe450
Fastwirecash borr325/pd/192/owe363
Paychecktoday borr250/pd310/owe130 quickestcashadvance borr300/pd562/owe158
Checkngo borr500/pd470/owe348
Checkintocash borr300/pd257/owe258
ameriloan borr300/pd180/owe380
I believe that these loans are in excess of the 75% original loan amount (finance, & loan fees)of Missouri. If this is the case I would owe very little to these companies. But my problem is what do I do with this info I have? what is my next steps from here? Do I contact them about no more ACH debits?')

Welcome! Someone will be along shortly to give you the laws of your state and how it affects your PDLs. You have already listed who they are with, how much you borrowed, how much you have paid and that they are internet loans. Once your laws have been established we can go from there. Hang tight.

Actually, to answer your question, you can stop ACH debits on any obligation you have, legal or illegal. They are strictly voluntary and can be revoked at any time. So, yes, to protect your money and have control of it, you should send a revocation letter. But again, I would prefer to let someone who knows the law interpret it for you. It does look like you have overpaid on some of them so that too is a start.
