I have been trying to come to some sort of payment arrangement with mycashtime.com an online payday loan company and yet I have received no response from them. I am unsure what else to do.

Dear Nicoleroman,

Have you checked the legal status of the company in your state? Which state do you live in?
How many payday loans do you have? What are the amounts associated with them? How much have you paid them and how much is still left?

I have bombarded you with so many questions because your answers will give us idea about the extent of debt you are in.

I think you can consider debt consolidation, which will help you to make lower monthly payment. You can also take Free Counseling from our community????????s financial expert.

You can contact then over phone 1-877-533-6500 or fax them at 1-877-533-6514.
Their email id is: - "customerservice@mycashtime.com"

Regards,

Phoenix

Nicole, it seems mycashtime.com isn't accredited by the CFSA. The CFSA accredited lenders are required to work-out a payment plan under the CFSA Best Practice Act, with the debtor, if he/she is facing a financial crunch. But the lender, who is not listed with the CFSA may deny to accept your payment agreement. However, you can file a complain with the state regulatory body, which controls the activities of these lenders and they can help you make a payment agreement with 'mycash'.

Try to contact the regulatory body of your home state. Also, if you're taking the help of the professional debt settlers, ask you case representative to help you to make the payment agreement with the lender.
