I just wanted to post this topic to say hello to everyone here. I joined this forum about a month ago and I have found this to be a great place to share knowledge to help people with financial hardships. Who ever came up with the idea for this type of website should win the Nobel Peace Prize.:) But seriously there are some very knowledgeable members here who provide sound advice to people desperate and at their wits end for help. This web site provides and excellent service and I hope it is around for years to come. I hope to eventually become a hall of famer soon and perhaps one day become a moderator here. Keep up the good work everyone.

This is like a HERO site. We have those with knowledge (I am not including myself, because I am still learning) that FIGHT for the rights of those targeted by sleazy collection agencies (I realize there are honest ones, but all I seem to hear is horror stories about them)I always did not think too highly of BC because they rate down there with Repo men and Tax Collectors. I realize there are people who have the money, but refuse to pay what they owe. That is wrong, and they should pay. On the other hand, some people cannot afford to pay, even a little bit, because they lost their source of income, or had a major expense of some kind.

Credit Card Companies IMO, should suffer losses, because they are the ones that give all this credit to people, just so they can rob them with service charges and interest.

I am not saying it is right not to pay, but if you cannot pay, why should you be harassed?

That is like going to dead person and saying "Get up! Get up! Get up!" But as least the dead person does not get stressed out about it.
Well, anyhoo, I applaud people who stick up for the downtrodden. :)
