This could be construed as meaning that NO internet lender could take you to court. This is true of unlicensed PDL's, but not of those who have a storefront (somewhere) and are licensed to lend into the consumer's state - even if it's over the internet.

I think most people would read that post and think that it applies to all internet pdl's. That could get someone into some serious trouble.

My issue is that most people will not read the whole thread. Even if information is corrected in a later post, the reader doesn't always see it.
I still don't think it should be made a sticky.
