types of letter asking during interview

I am roopashree My date of birth is 17th december 1979, I attened the puc exam in April 1997, but unforgunately I did not pass the exam again i attende the exam in 1998 that time i passed 2 subject but remaining 2 subject is pending, but that time due to my family problem I could not take tution and failure of my result is their is no proper lecture in my college for any subject, after 1998 it was not possible to take private tution due to financial problem again in 2001 i took private and pass the exam of puc and join the B.sc course under bangalore university again same problem is repeated their is no proper leacturer to my subjct, for me their is no finalcial support to took tution for this reason instead of passing exam in 2005 i finished my graduction in 2007
(october) now i am trying for the better jobs in bpo sector, but whenever i attened any interview at the time of interview HR will ask you have at least 6 years gap I do not have confident with you, Please tell me what is the mistake from my side,that time I tried lot but i could not able finish my cource with better percentage It is not my mistake. this is my problem what I am facing today, but I am very egger to make career in bpo sector to improve my states level in socity.

Please help me how to answer the question which is mentioned above. for this question I lose my confident.

Please give me the correct positive answer to me to face Hr of the company If he asking about this problem
