All of these are internet based loans and I live in Tennessee. Please help!

So this is the letter I came up with. I took two examples and came up with this. Just want to make sure it lists everything I need it to and nothing that it is not supposed to:

RE: Account number:

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am sending this letter as an official request that you validate the debt for the above listed account number. I do not refuse to pay, but this is notice that your claim is being disputed.

In accordance with the fdcpa I have a right to request a validation of my debt. Below listed is what I need you to provide in order to validate this debt:

What the money you say I owe is for
Explain and show how you calculated what you say I owe
Provide copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe
Identify the original creditor
Prove that you are licensed to collect in my state
Provide me with your license numbers and Registered agent
Proof that the collection company owns or has been assigned the debt (you are legally entitled to collect this debt from me) this is basic contract law.
Complete payment history, starting with original creditor. (I need proof of my payment history with the original creditor, what the amount of the debt was when the creditor assigned the debt to your company, and what fees/interest has been added to this debt and how you/they determined these fees.) This requirement was established by the case Fields v. Wilber Law Firm, Donald L. Wilber and Kenneth Wilber, USCA-02-C-0072, 7th Circuit Court, September 2004.
Copy of the original signed loan agreement (My contract with the original creditor establishing the debt between us) this is also basic contract law.

You are supposed to stop all collection activities including reporting this information on my credit report. I????????m sure you are aware of the fact that non-compliance of this request will lead you to legal trouble.

With Regards,

I just wanted to update everyone on my situation. I have gotten 3 PIF's and the other 3 companies when I try to call say they show no information on my account. I have sent several letters to collection agencies and have yet to get a response from any of them. I have been sending letters and filing complaints for about 6 months now and I have to say that it is so important to do this! One Click Cash has been the thorn in my side for the past 7 months but after filing complaints to the BBB, Tennessee AG, Tennessee Department of Financial Services, and the Oklahoma AG they have finally cracked. They did not call and tell me I had a PIF of course, but when I logged on to my account on their website it said PIF! I went from being so depressed that I could barely function to being so proud of myself for taking this on. I could not have done it without the wonderful people on this site. So to all those people who feel as if there is no hope, please listen to me. If I can do it anyone can! It does take some time and effort and a lot of patience but it will be worth it in the end!

Ok so I have not posted in a while but I am getting very frustrated with Quickest Cash Advance and I need some advice. I got a letter from the collection agency so I sent a debt validation letter to them the day after via next day air fedex with a signature confirmation that it was received. Did not hear anything from them until today when I get a call from ACN and Associates stating that it doesn't matter that I sent a debt validation to the CA because they are a lawyers office and they can collect on the debt regardless. Is this true?

They are full of hot air. Quickest-Cash-Advance is not licensed. They are MTE affiliates which menas they are Illegal and there is nothing they can do. The CA company is a bottom feeder and will make threats to collect..blah..blah..blah.

Ignore them and continue sending the DV, also i would send it to the so called lawyers office. IMO, I highly doubt they are an actual law firm.
