still struggling - to deal with arbitration

Business has gone up and down, and credit cards were how i survived in the interim. in the meantime, i have learned how to use VODs and deal with debt collectors, thank goodness. no clue how to deal with arbitration , which i hope to in the future.
currently struggling with about 10,000 of alleged debt, working to eliminate that and stay credit-free
