I am from Illinois and I am also fighting with Pay Day Avenue. They are crooks as well as very rude!! I faxed a letter as well revolking the wage assignment and they are still calling and harassing me. They did not mention my letter that I faxed but I did keep my confirmation page. I told them my situation with my bank (fraud) and that I would pay them in 3 installments.
